How to

Grow Your Facebook Page

Without

Spending a Dime!

Do you want to grow your Facebook page?

Do you want to grow your page without spending any money on it?

I’m here to tell you that growing your page is possible without having to pay for anything. I’ve been successful at this myself, and my page has over 10,000 followers.

And the great thing is that it isn’t that complex to grow the page, either.

Free and easy? It sounds like a pipe dream. Lucky for you and me, it isn’t a pipe dream. It’s reality!

And, of course, I will show you how to grow your Facebook page without spending any money on growth campaigns.

The Mindset Needed to Grow Your Facebook Page

First and foremost, you need a specific mindset to grow your Facebook page to the level you genuinely desire.

What’s that mindset?

Get away from external advertisement posts!

I’m serious – quit posting updates with external links on them. It’s okay to do it a few times here and there but not all the time. The more you do it; the less your page will grow. Facebook doesn’t like it, and it’s unliked enough that their algorithm will ensure your page gets fewer views for external link posting.

If you genuinely want to see growth – you need to treat your Facebook page like it’s your website. You want to keep people on the page. Facebook wants people to stay on Facebook. It is a win-win situation for everyone.

So, you first need to drop the external link mindset and start treating your Facebook page like it’s your website or online community.

Start Creating a Brand with Your Facebook Page

Branding helps grow your Facebook page.

I get that not everyone can turn their page or business into a brand. But if you can get it somehow, you should at least try.

Branding is good because a brand tends to get recognized and remembered more often than those who are not a brand.

You want to become a household name if you can help it! It’ll be excellent for page growth. It’ll help generate leads. It will surely increase sales. Branding is a modern trend that you should pick up on.

A basic branding strategy –is pretty simple to make happen.

Have a custom logo or put a face to your business. Make sure that the logo and face are on everything! Facebook and beyond!

Please choose a color template and use it everywhere you possibly can.

Create a brand mission and live by it.

Please go check out some of your favorite brands and see how they are successful. Please check out brands that could relate to your niche and see what makes them successful. It is very okay to adopt techniques already being used by successful brands.

Just don’t copy anyone to the point where it is obvious.

Grow Your Facebook Page by Posting Often

You should be adding new content to your Facebook page daily.

You should try to add it daily so you can interact and engage with your followers. Like I said earlier in this post, you want people to stay on your page.

If you have to, use the scheduling feature on Facebook or an app such as Buffer or Hootsuite. But engagement and interaction with followers are just as critical if not more important than being active daily.

You should post a few times a day. Pay attention to posting times and activities. You’ll learn when the best times to post are. I post a lot throughout the week, usually about 5 to 10 times daily. The more you post, the more your content is often seen.

Mix up the content you post!

People love video and audio. It is the thing now! Post it often. Post photos often. Post memes and entertainment. People need a good laugh these days, and if you get that for them, you’ll easily win them over.

I also recommend posting text-based content. Use the predefined backgrounds for text posts that Facebook pages offer. They will help catch the eyes of readers scrolling through the screen. Ask questions with these types of posts. Make sure they’re good questions, quality questions. That way, you keep people coming back.

I have discovered one thing about questions: ask “this or that” questions.

For example, “Do you like the color blue or red better?” versus “What is your favorite color?”.

The “this or that” question gives them a choice to answer it immediately. The open-ended question requires people to think, which could deter them from answering if they’re in a hurry. The easier you make it for followers, the easier you can grow your Facebook page.

And a last word of advice here – make sure what you post on Facebook is unique to Facebook. Don’t repurpose content posted on other social media. Try to be as genuine as you can if you want the best results possible.

Like and Post as Your Facebook Page

While interacting as your Facebook Page (not your profile), find other brands, products, organizations, and groups that directly relate to the topic or niche of your page and like, follow, and join those pages and communities.

Now, try to interact with them daily.

This means you should create new topics in groups or reply to discussions already made. You should respond to posts on pages. Share content from pages on your Page’s story or timeline.

Make sure what you post is always unique and quality and is the kind of content that gets noticed.

What sort of content would make you immediately notice it and want to reply to it? Take a lesson from your own experience and use it to your full advantage.

Just make sure you avoid asking people to follow you or trying to link them over to your page.

You can be penalized for this by Facebook, and their algorithm is always looking for it.

You can also be seen as a spammer and blocked on groups and pages that people create.

You don’t want that reputation! Avoid it by not practicing it! Don’t share your content or posts unless you have permission to share it.

And as I said before, think “entertainment” and “humor” when posting on your page if it is applicable. People love humor, and they notice it quickly.

Grow Your Facebook Page Through Loyalty

Every time someone new follows your page, you should look at them as if they’re going to be your top fan.

Seriously – the best way to grow your Facebook page is by turning each follower into a loyal top fan.

This can quickly be done if you have the mindset of wanting to establish relationships with your followers.

Take notice of these people. Interact with them and learn more about them. Ask them about their lives, hobbies, and interests and try to relate. Be helpful and always try to go out of your way to help them. Treat them like they’re your best friend. They’ll fall in love with your page if you give them attention.

Find your niche’s biggest problems, challenges, and questions and research them. Try to solve them and make the solution simple. Share that (for free!) with your followers, and they’ll become loyal top fans – I promise you!

Give away more than you expect to sell. That is required in this day and age!

If you expect to sell everything you post and not give anything, you will have a tough time trying to grow your Facebook page.

People are looking for free. People are looking for the best deals. People don’t want to spend money if they can get it for free. If you don’t give it away, someone else eventually will, and they’ll get loyal followers in the process.

And that sums it up, folks. It is easy to grow a Facebook page without spending any money. Use the tactics above, and you’ll start seeing results immediately.
