Daily Content

has

Never Been Easier

I’ve been publishing daily content on multiple websites for several years.

More recently, I started blogging every day on two blogs.

Aside from the two blogs, I also post on five social media channels daily. I maintain a few online discussion forums, too.

All that content distribution sounds light a nightmare to some people – especially since I’m the only one doing it.

But it’s not a nightmare at all.

It has always been challenging publishing daily content.

I use several techniques to help make this possible. The great news is that you can use these techniques, too. And they’re free. So, let’s jump right into these techniques so that you can start publishing daily content, too.

Publishing Daily Content Technique 1: Grammarly

There is an excellent service out there called Grammarly.

I’m such an advocate for this tool that the company recognized it and made me an official ambassador.

It will assist you with editing your written content. You can use it for blog posts and articles, email messages, copywriting, or whatever written work you want to ensure is edited to its best.

I use it for everything.

As I write this blog post on Word, I’m editing with Grammarly. It suggests stuff for me to edit as I write. Then, afterward, I’ll run through it again and let Grammarly help me make the best content possible.

Grammarly also learned from your tones and the way you are right. There are a lot of intelligent things that went into this piece of editing treasure.

Grammarly is free. I use the premium version because I use it so much. It supports practically everything.

Publishing Daily Content

Publishing Daily Content Technique 2: Excel

I use a custom-made Excel sheet to show all the topics I want to write about.

I put my target keyword in the sheet, the article’s title, and the category, and I input the date I published it after publishing.

Excel isn’t free, but you can use Google Sheets as an alternative. It’s the actual use of the spreadsheet that I suggest as the technique for easily publishing daily content.

We call this a content calendar.

Many services online try to sell you products to accomplish this when a simple spreadsheet is all you really need.

Even with Google Sheets, you can allow others access to the spreadsheet to be used in a team effort if you have more than one writer.

Make publishing daily content easier by using the tools that make it easy.

Publishing Daily Content Technique 3: Scheduling

Scheduling tools are a lifesaver if you’re publishing daily content.

For my blog, I use the WordPress scheduling tool, which is free on the WordPress hosting website and the self-hosted software.

You can publish a blog post or article but schedule it to show to the public on a different day and at a different time. It’s a great way to stay ahead of your writing and content publishing schedule. Then, if you need a break, you can do so without worrying about messing up your content routines.

For social media scheduling, I highly recommend Buffer. The free edition has a lot of great features on it. I use the premium edition because I use more of the premium features, but I know many people who are fine just sticking with the free edition.

Now you can even schedule Twitter Threads on the free edition, too.

Scheduling content is a technique that had made publishing daily content a hundred times easier than it was before that technology came out.

These techniques will help you in your effort of publishing daily content. And the great news is that you don’t have to buy anything if you don’t want to. I use the above techniques every day, making my life as a content creator much easier. I think it will do the same for you.
